At the closing ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the exhibition is a politically and culturally significant event, highlighting the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which he described as the decisive factor behind all the successes of the Vietnamese revolution. He emphasized that the exhibition also reflects the strength of national unity, the principle that “the people are the foundation, and the people make history,” and the spirit of combining the power of the nation with the strength of the era, alongside the principle of national independence linked with socialism.

This exhibition saw the participation of 28 ministries and central agencies, 34 localities, more than 110 major corporations and state-owned enterprises, and hundreds of exhibition booths. It was organized under the spirit of “Directed by the Party, unified by the Government, supported by the National Assembly, backed by the people, and engaged by enterprises”, creating a comprehensive and vivid portrayal of the 80-year journey of nation-building and defense. The exhibition spaces were digitized, employing modern technologies to connect Vietnam’s heroic past with the present and its aspirations for the future, reflecting the country’s rich cultural identity.

The Prime Minister stressed that the success of the exhibition serves as both a motivation and inspiration for the country to continue confidently along the path of innovation, integration, and development. He also noted that it marks the beginning of upcoming national, regional, and international political, economic, and cultural events, including the 2025 Autumn Fair, scheduled for October.
