Training conference 2023 of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology

On August 24-25, 2023, the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) organized a training conference on organization - personel and inspection; resolving complaints and denunciations, checking for signs of violations, and preventing waste and corruption; planning and finance; international cooperation; technology application and deployment; protection of state secrets, report electronic documents.

The event drew the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of VAST Party Committee, Vice President of VAST; Leaders of affiliated units; Leader of General Management Department; specialist in charge of organization, personnel and people's inspection and inspection; Chief accountant; specialists in charge of planning and finance; specialists in charge of international cooperation; specialists in charge of technology application and deployment; specialists in charge of protecting state secrets and electronic reports of units under VAST.

On December 24, 2022, the Government issued Decree 106/2022/ND-CP regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of VAST. Over the past time, many regulatory documents on new laws were promulgated. In order to promptly update, synchronize and concretize documents of guidelines, guidelines and policies of the Party and laws of the State, VAST has issued regulations and regulations governing activities within the Academy. The conference aimed at guiding, exchanging and discussing the content of current regulations and legal documents on organization - personnel and inspection work; Resolving complaints and denunciations, checking for signs of violations, and preventing waste and corruption; planning and finance; international cooperation; technology application and deployment; Protecting state secrets, and reporting electronic documents, serving the implementation of political tasks of the unit and VAST.

After 2 working days, the conference was a great success, completing its set goals. Many new contents were disseminated and guided. Many problems in the process of implementing the work were disseminated, asked, discussed, explained and created by reporters and delegates, creating an exciting atmosphere. The event was also an opportunity for officials to exchange and learn from experiences, helping the management of the units become better and better, contributing to the implementation of the political tasks of the unit and VAST.
