Overview of the Conference
On behalf of the Office's Board of Directors, comrade Hoang Xuan Thuy - Deputy Chief of the Administration Office, presents the Administration Office's 2023 summary report and 2024 work plan.
At the Conference, participating delegates heard the following contents: 2023 Tet holiday report, 2024 work plan of the Administration Office; Report reviewing the responsibilities of the head of the Office in implementing the 2023 work plan; Summary report on Trade Union work in 2023, work directions in 2024; Report summarizing the People's Inspection work for the 2021-2023 term, directions and tasks for the 2023-2025 term; Electing the Administration Office of the People's Inspectorate for the term 2023 - 2025; Report summarizing emulation and reward work in 2023 and mission directions for 2024; Launch the emulation movement in 2024 and pass the Conference Resolution.

With the close attention and direction of VAST’s leadership and the close coordination of specialized units assisting VAST’s President, in 2023, the Party Committee, the government and affiliated organizations hope the Administration Office always has high unity in directing and administering all aspects of operations, successfully completing assigned tasks in legal work, consulting, and synthesis; administrative reform work; Regular work according to the functions of the Administration Office and coordination work to carry out tasks assigned by the President of the Institute. From the results achieved, the Office was honored to be awarded the title "Excellent Labor Collective" in 2023 by VAST.
Also within the framework of the Conference, to recognize and praise the efforts and contributions of the collective as well as officers, employees and workers for the general activities of the Administration Office, the Administration Office Leaders awarded the Certificate of Merit from Chief of Office for 02 collectives with excellent achievements in work in 2023 and 13 individuals who successfully completed tasks in 2023; awarded the title "Grassroots Emulation Soldier" to 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in their work in 2023; awarded the title "Advanced Labor Collective" to 07 collectives and the title "Advanced Labor" to 73 individuals who successfully completed the tasks in 2023.
