The Master program in International Air Transport Operations Management is based on the curriculum of the National Civil Aviation University (ENAC). Graduates are ENAC qualified and have the skills to join multinational airlines such as Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways.

According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), between 2015 and 2035, Vietnam is among the top five markets with the highest growth of passenger traffic in the world. after China, India and Indonesia. Increased demand for air travel has created more employment opportunities in the sector.

However, the aviation industry in Vietnam has only met 40% of human resources. USTH is one of the few universities providing human resources to this industry, helping domestic airlines save on expensive hiring of foreign workers.
