Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology delegation pays working visit to Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology

Prof. Chau Van Minh appreciated the cooperation achieved by the two sides over the past 10 years on projects on study, scientific publications, and the exchange and training of researchers in the areas of material sciences, information and technology and biotechnology.

The two sides exchanged cooperation areas in the time to come, affirming that it was necessary to further increase training programmes and scientific cooperation among study groups from VAST and JAIST. The two sides also discussed and prioritized cooperation activities, which were decided as information and technology, chemistry, material science, biology and physics.

Concluding the working day, Prof. Chau Van Minh praised the visit to VAST by JAIST, saying that he hoped to continue to increase the strict and effective cooperation in the future.
