Implementing plan to update and synchronize database of civil servants, public employees and workers of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and implementing the project on building national database on cadres, civil servants and public employees in state agencies
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization, Personnel and Inspection; Representative of Leaders of General Management Department of affiliated units under VAST, attended the meeting.
The event also drew the participation of Ms. Duong Thanh Huyen, Head of Technical - Administration Department, Information Center, Government Committee for Religious Affairs, and member of Project 06 Working Group from the Ministry of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Product Manager, Project Manager of the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees; and Mr. Vu Ngoc Truong, Central Gov Customer Center, Corporate Customer Department, Telecommunication Service Corporation.
At the meeting, participants had many opinions on how to update and synchronize VAST's database of cadres, civil servants and public employees with the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees. According to the plan, VAST is granted an account to access the system by the Ministry of Home Affairs, censored at different levels (level of affiliated units, level of VAST and level of Ministry of Home Affairs); officers and employees are granted personal accounts to update information; units equipped with information technology infrastructure to meet the connection with the National Database through the National Data Sharing and Integration Platform.
Delegates gave ideas at the meeting
Duong Ngoc Huyen, representative of the Ministry of Home Affairs, discussed the implementation plan at VAST. Each staff member of the unit will have their own account to update and ensure the progress of implementation at the request of the Government.
Regarding the contents of the implementation method and security, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, representative of VNPT Group, reported on the implementation of the work according to the instructions in Official Letter 955/BNV-VP dated March 8, 2023 by the Ministry of the Home Affairs. From the basic staff information provided by the unit to the Academy, VNPT will proceed to create an account for each staff member to directly enter information on the software, accompanied by user manuals. VNPT is committed to level 3 information security with advanced data encryption technology, data synchronized on a dedicated data line to ensure confidentiality and safety.
VAST asked the Ministry of Home Affairs, VNPT Group, affiliated units and officials and employees to continue to coordinate to implement the detailed plan, closely following the progress required by the Ministry of Home Affairs. VNPT Group will also have a commitment to the confidentiality of data about VAST’s staff.
