Implementing and disseminating Politburo Directive 35-CT/TW on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress

On September 17, 2024, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) held a conference to implement and disseminate Directive 35-CT/TW on June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress in Hanoi for party organizations in the Northern region. The conference will be held in Ho Chi Minh City for party organizations in the Southern region on September 20, 2024.

The Conference was attended by Comrade Le Chi Huong, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee; Comrade Pham Tuan Huy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the VAST Party Committee; the Executive Committee of the VAST Party Committee; Members of the Inspection Committee of VAST Party Committee; Party committees at all levels under VAST Party Committee; Leaders of the advisory boards of VAST Party Committee; Leaders of mass organizations under VAST; and officers and experts of the Office of the VAST Party Committee.

The conference was informed the following contents: Directive 35-CT/TW on June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; Plan 182-KH/DUK on July 29, 2024 of the Central Agencies Bloc Agencies Party Committee on organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th Party Congress of Central Agencies Bloc, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Party Congress; Plan 750-KH/DU on August 30, 2024 of the VAST Party Committee on organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 9th Congress of VAST Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the 14th Congress of the Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee and the 14th National Congress of the Party; Instruction 751-HD/DU on September 4, 2024 of VAST Party Committee on some contents of Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; and Plan 758-KH/DU on September 13, 2024 of the VAST Party Committee on organizing Congresses and assigning direction to Congresses of affiliated Party organizations.

Reporters and delegates actively exchanged, discussed and resolved some outstanding issues during the process of preparing for the congress.
