The model congress of the Party Cell of the People's Party Office Bloc
Comrade Chau Van Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) attended and congratulated the Congress of the Party Cell of the People's Party Office. The unit was selected by the Standing Committee of VAST Party Committee to organize the model congress of the Party cell directly under VAST Party Committee.
The Congress was also attended by Comrade Ha Quy Quynh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee; Comrades representing Party cells and branches under VAST Party Committee and official Party members of the Party cell.
The Party Cell of the People's Party Office Bloc is the Party cell leading 03 offices, including Party Committee Office, Trade Union Office and Youth Union Office; currently, the Party cell has 10 Party members. In the 2022 - 2025 term, with the function of advising the Standing Committee of organizations on professional tasks in each field of work, cadres and Party members of the Party Cell of the People's Party Office Block have strived to successfully complete assigned tasks. Political and ideological education work is considered important, leadership in implementing political tasks is promoted; Party cell building work is given due attention, creating a number of positive changes; the ideological situation of cadres and Party members in the block is stable. This is an important premise for leading and directing the implementation of tasks for the 2025 - 2027 term.
Recognizing the contributions of the Party Cell of the People's Party Office Bloc: The Party Committee Office, for 3 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024) was recognized as an Excellent Labor Collective, in 2023 was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology; The Trade Union Office, in 2022, 2024 was recognized as an Excellent Labor Collective; The Trade Union of the Bloc, for 3 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024) was assessed as a Trade Union that fulfilled its tasks well and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the President of VAST Trade Union.
In the 2025 - 2027 term, Party Cell of the People's Party Office Bloc has set the following goals: 100% of cadres and party members are disseminated and thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines, policies, and regulations of the State and the Party Committee and the Academy's leadership; 100% of cadres and party members have a firm political and ideological stance, are confident, and have a good understanding of the responsibilities of cadres and party members; 100% of cadres and party members effectively participate in the emulation movements and campaigns of the Party, the State and the Academy; Strive for the Party Cell to always achieve good performance of its tasks every year; 100% of party members completed their tasks well or better, with over 10% of party members completing their tasks excellently.
After a period of urgent, serious, united, democratic, intelligent and highly responsible work, the Party Cell completed all the contents and programs of the Congress. With a frank and democratic spirit, the Congress focused on discussing, contributing many additional opinions, assessing the implementation of the Resolution, reviewing the Secretary and Deputy Secretary for the 2022 - 2025 term, determining the direction and tasks for the 2025 - 2027 term.
The Congress selected and elected the Party Cell, elected the Secretary and Deputy Secretary with sufficient qualifications, qualities and practical capacity, demonstrating continuity, inheritance and innovation; elected delegates to the 9th Congress of VAST Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, including 02 comrades; The Congress unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Party Cell of the People's Party Office Bloc for the 2025-2027 term.
The Congress also received important guidance from Comrade Chau Van Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Party Secretary, President VAST. He commended and acknowledged the achievements and pointed out the shortcomings that need to be overcome and strived for by the Party Cell in the coming term. He hoped that the Party Cell would continuously improve its leadership capacity, be creative, and innovate methods to build an increasingly clean and strong Party Cell.
With the above results, the Model Congress of the People's Party Office Bloc Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term was a great success.
