First VAST and JMUW workshop on natural science and life
The seminar drew the participation of more than 50 international and domestic scientists. Prof. Alfred Forchel, director of Wuerzburg University; Assoc. Prof. Le Hong Kiem, director of the Institute of Physics; Assoc. Prof. Ninh Khac Ban, head of the Department of Cooperation under VAST; scientists from Wuerzburg University and institutes under VAST participated in the event.

The workshop is one of first steps to implement an MoU on cooperation, signed between VAST and JMUW in April 2014. It is expected that after the workshop and direct working sessions and scientists will find a common research orientation and make specific research projects, contributing to promoting the cooperation between Wuerzburg University and VAST.
