Prof. Mikhail Kiselev (co-author of the work) said Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh's idea is an elegant masterpiece of modern physics.

Representing the award-winning scientists, Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh said she was very surprised to be awarded the prestigious Ta Quang Buu award. The award is proof of her love for physics. "The love that physics has given me, through the fair evaluation of the Physics Council and the Interdisciplinary Council, through this award, will give me a lot of motivation to continue my love of physics. I look forward to continuing to have more meaningful and important research results in the future. This love has been nurtured by the National Science and Technology Development Foundation since I returned to my country to work. Besides, the Center for Theoretical Physics, Institute of Physics, Abdus Salam International Center for Physics (ICTP), ICTP Asia network are places that have contributed to nurturing my enduring love of physics," Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh shared her feeling.

The Ministry of Science and Technology has received 97 applications, including 76 applications in the field of natural sciences and engineering, 21 applications in the field of social sciences and humanities; and 71 nominations for the Main Award and 26 nominations for the Youth Award.

Major General, Prof. Dr. Tran Xuan Nam, Chairman of the Award Consideration Council, said that the number of nominations at this year's award consideration period has doubled compared to every year. The nominated documents are all of very good quality, so the Award Council discussed carefully to select the most excellent and worthy projects.

After 10 years of implementation, the Ministry of Science and Technology has awarded prizes to 18 scientists who are authors of excellent scientific works and four young scientists. These are examples for Vietnamese scientists, especially young scientists, to continue their efforts to conduct top scientific research, contributing to the integration and development of science and technology.
