Delegation of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology offers incense at President Ho Chi Minh's Temple, Cao Bang province

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered incense, flowers, took a moment of silence and expressed infinite gratitude for the merits of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, a prominent activist of the international communist and workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, fighting for peace, national independence and happiness of the people.

Before his heroic spirit, the delegation vows to promote the revolutionary tradition, strive to emulate and follow President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, constantly striving to overcome difficulties and challenges, determined to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, goals and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; accelerate the implementation of the cause of renewal, construction and defense of the Socialist Vietnam.
