Acceptance of the results of the implementation of national science and technology projects ordered by Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of Science and Technology: "Research on ultra-high-performance concrete manufacturing technology (UHPC) for the construction of a number of defense projects", code ĐTĐLCN.37/18

On the morning of September 11, 2023, Ministry of Science and Technology organized the acceptance of the results of the national-level independent science and technology project "Research on ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) manufacturing technology for the construction of a number of defense projects", code Tel.37/18, issued by Dr. Pham Manh Hao, director, Center for High-tech Development, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is the lead agency, the implementation period is from 12/2018 to 04/2023. This is a topic ordered by the Ministry of National Defense and assigned directly by Ministry of Science and Technology to the Center for High-tech Development in Decision 2824/QD-BKHCN dated 28/9/2018.

Attending the acceptance test were representatives of Ministry of Science and Technology, representatives of the Ministry of National Defense, the Corps of Engineers, Academy of Military Technology and related agencies. On the side of the lead agency there was Dr. Nguyen Van Thao, General Director of the Center for High-tech Development.

Previously, on August 11, 2023, the Expert Group of the National Science and Technology Council conducted appraisal and evaluation of the results and products of the project at the Center for High-tech Development and at the Co Nhue Technology Research and Deployment Park, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The project has been highly appreciated by the National Science and Technology Council for the results achieved (the technical targets met and exceeded the requirements of Ministry of Defense). The Council unanimously requested the Ministry of Science and Technology to accept the results of the project implementation with 100% of the votes in favor.

The success of the project creates a foundation for perfecting technology, moving towards production for the construction of defense projects to defend the country.
