20 years of building and developing the Institute of Environmental Technology

Over the past twenty years, the Institute of Environmental Technology has continuously developed and become one of the leading research institutes in the field of environmental science and technology. The scope of activities has been expanded to the central and southern provinces. The Institute has a laboratory system including modern and synchronous equipment to perform the tasks of monitoring, analyzing environmental quality and researching technology for environmental pollution treatment.

For many years continuously standing in the ranks of basic scientific research institutes with the most applied results, products and works serving the cause of environmental protection of the Institute have been present in all provinces in Vietnam, contributing to socio-economic efficiency.

With its achievements, the Institute was honored to be awarded the Third-class Labor Medal (2011), the Second-class Labor Order (2017) and many other awards in the field of environmental protection. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the Institute of Environmental Technology proudly received the Certificate of Merit from VAST President.
