Goal and objectives of the project

Completing the PNSB-01 product following practical market requirements to make fresh food for bivalve larvae with the aim of commercializing the product.

 

Products of the project

-    Technological products (describe in detail: technical characteristics, place): Product PNSB-01 
•    Description of PNSB-01 product: PNSB-01 is liquid, reddish-brown, with a characteristic odor packed in a 20-liter white plastic can. Composition of product: protein  50% dry weight, lipid  25% dry weight; PUFA fatty acids content  25% total fatty acids; high cell density (5 x108-109 CFU/ml). The product can be used as food for bivalve larvae.
•    Number of sold products: 60.5 m3, equivalent to 242 millions VND
•    Stored products: 0
-   Patents (list): Brand: 01 certificate has been validly accepted by the National Office of Intellectual Property attached to Decision No.84573/QD-SHTT signed on October 19, 2023. Brand Name: MIC.RHODO (PNSB-01). Application number 4-2023-20009.

Recommendations

•    It is necessary to expand the testing of using PNSB-01 products on other aquatic animals such as shrimp, fish, mussels, geoduck, artemia and rotifer...
