Main results | - Theoretical results: * Obtained the list of fisf, mollusc and crustacea related to TTX, mollusc related to DA, crustacea related to STX, and reef fish related to CTX with the information on taxomomy, photos and specimens. * Developed 12 practical prtocols in extraction and analysis of TTX, STX, DA and CTX in seafood for safety (included evaluation information). - Applied results: Studied results have been applied to determine quatitatively TTX, STX, DA and CTX in seafood for food safety in domestic and exported products. Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results: As the first time in Vietnam, the practical protocols on extraction and analysis toxins (TTX, STX, DA and CTX) in marine animals have been developed and applied in VAST Keylab “Environment and food safety in central of Viet Nam” in Institute of Oceanography. Further research on marine toxins and seafood safety in Viet Nam can be carried out in large scale. |
