Goal and objectives of the project
Purpose synthesized 15 quinoline 
compounds of podophyllotoxin, conducting screening for anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer biological activities.
Main results

Theoretical results:
 - Successfully synthesized 17 quinoline substances of the new podophyllotoxin
 - NMR, MS spectrometer... confirm the structure of the newly synthesized substances
- 01 in vitro cytotoxicity profile on some experimental cancer cell lines of 17 synthesized substances.
Applied results: 
- 01 process of synthesizing 17 laboratory-scale clean substances
- Successfully synthesized 17 quinoline derivatives of new podophyllotoxin, 15-20mg each

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

- Presenting a new method of successfully synthesizing new thiore derivatives of podophyllotoxin under mild conditions without solvents and catalysts.
- Conducted bioactivity screening and molecular docking simulation of newly synthesized substances
- Analyzed the effect of structure, group of substances, bulkiness or position of groups on the activity of derivatives and confirmed through correlation on molecular docking model.
