Goal and objectives of the project | - Fabrication of SiO2 nanoparticles from rice husk ash, then organically modified. - Fabrication of UV curing coating based on acrylate resin and modified SiO2 nanoparticles from rice husk ash. |
Main results | - Theoretical results: |
Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | - Proposing to fabricate SiO2 nanoparticles from rice husk ash, and then modify them with organic silane compounds to increase the compatibility of SiO2 nanoparticles in UV-cured epoxy acrylate resin. The UV curing process will simultaneously form a chemical bond between the SiO2 nanoparticles and the epoxy acrylate resins, increasing the compatibility between the components. |
