Goal and objectives of the project - Build scientific base for active vibration isolation
- Design and manufacture a prototype of active vibration isolation.

- Low stiffness with large deformation springs, Support optical table with weight up to 100kg. 
- No resonance below 5Hz, reduce 73% vibration with frequency above 5Hz, reduce 82% vibration with frequency above 10Hz, high settling measure with feedback control, velocity spectrum below 300nm/(Hz)1/2 with frequency above 7Hz.
