Goal and objectives of the project

To design and fabricate a complete humanoid robot head for research, technology development and training in the area of human-robot interation.

Main results

Theoretical results:
-    A humanoid robot head of maximum diameter of 250mm and man-made silicon skin which is capable to express 05 basic emotions: supprised, happied, bored, angry and scared.
-    01 robot design file
-    Support 01 PhD student
-    01 domestic and 01 international conference papers.

 

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

The final product of this project is a humanoid robot head of 15 dof, capable to express 05 fore-mentioned basic emotions. This is among the first research of its kind in Vietnam.
