- Overview of fabrication methods for field-effect transistors based on semiconducting carbon nanotubes and their application in biomedical chemistry research.
- Investigation of properties such as dimensions, surface characteristics, electrical characteristics.
- Application of the device to monitor the activity of ion channels on living cells and evaluate the influence of some stimulants on the ion channel activity.
- Publication of research results in domestic and international specialized journals.

Main results

- Summarizing issues related to the research content of the topic such as manufacturing methods and applications of field-effect transistors; study methods of ion channels on living cells.
- Investigating the characteristics of field-effect transistor sensors based on carbon nanotubes.
- Applying carbon nanotube transisors to evaluate the influence of histamine and chlorpheniramine on the activity of Ca2+ ion flux on Hela cells.

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

- The results of the project can be used in the development and application of CNT-FET semiconducting sensors in biomedical chemistry research.
- The reports and research results of the project are a valuable reference source for students and researchers at Graduate University of Science and Technology.
