Goal and objectives of the project

- Establish a scientific and practical basis for building a set of indicators to evaluate the sustainable use of tourist beaches in the North of Vietnam.
- Proposing a set of indicators to evaluate the sustainable use of tourist beaches in the North of Vietnam.

- The set of indicators to evaluate the sustainable use of beach and tourist beach ecosystems in the study area.
- GIS database on tourist beach resources in the North of Vietnam
- Report on the scientific basis and practice of developing a set of indicators for sustainable use of tourist beaches in the North of Vietnam.
+ Publication: The project has published 01 SCIE article, 02 articles in an international journal with ISSN index, 03 articles in a journal of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. The first authors and corresponding authors of all the articles are the main participants of the project.
+ Education output: The project supported a PhD candidate and a master’s student to successfully defend their thesis. The project leader is the supervisor of PhD and master’s student.
