To clarify the metagenome/resistome of aquacultural farms and nearby river in Vietnam.

Main results

Build up the database of aquatic metagenome of Day river downstream at Kim Son, Ninh Binh.

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

The study clarified the Microbial community, ARG, and MGE composition, diversity, and abundance regarding environmental factors and seasons.
