| Goal and objectives of the project | - Evaluate the content of chlorogenic acid in green coffee beans collected in some provinces of the Central Highlands of Vietnam to select raw materials for extraction. |
| Main results | Theoretical results: |
| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | The obtained results are new findings in Vietnam. The production processes of green coffee powder with 10-15% of CGAs and 40-50% of CGAs give good performance, can be applied to produce green coffee preparations for medicinal purposes from domestic green coffee beans. |
| Products of the project | - Scientific papers in referred journals (list): |
| Recommendations | Need to continue testing time 2-3 months on a larger number of people (50-100 people) to evaluate the product's effectiveness and compare with similar products on the market. |
