| Goal and objectives of the project | Study the isolation, structural elucidation and biological evaluation of compounds from the seeds of Litchi chinensis Sonn. and Dimocarpus longan Lour in the collaboration with Belarusian partner. |
| Main results | - From Dimocarpus longan seeds, nine compounds were isolated and identified as (2S, 3R)-4E-dehydrochebulic acid trimethyl ester (DLE1), methyl galate (DLE2), gallic acid (DLE3), methyl previfolin carboxylate (DLE4), ellagic acid (DLE5), (-)-epicatechin (DLE6), isoquercitrin (DLE7), citrulloside (DLE8) and daucosterol (DLE9). |
| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | Compounds citrulloside (LCE2, DLE8) and (2S, 3R)-4E-dehydrochebulic acid trimethyl ester (DLE1) have been isolated from Dimocarpus longan and Litchi chinensis for the first time. |
