Goal and objectives of the project

- Building a configuration of a multi- function charging station using solar energy to provide high-quality electricity.
- Evaluation of operational efficiency and wide applicability of a multi-function solar charging station in Vietnam.
- Improving research potential and intensive training for staff in the field of solar energy research and application.

Main results

- Theoretical results: Project studies maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control technology by intelligent control algorithm, studying the influence of grid-connected solar charging stations on the distribution grid, evaluating the effectiveness of solar charging stations in weather conditions in Vietnam, contributing to creat a foundation for the development of electric vehicles, ensuring energy security and supporting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
- Applied results: The scientific and technological results of the project are the premise for the development of electric charging station systems using solar energy to provide high quality electricity. The successful research and test of electric charging stations and the ability to flexibly expand the use of electric charging stations in all areas of the city, contributing to promoting the efficiency of electric vehicle operations in Vietnam.

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

The project designed the MPPT control technology by improving the P&O algorithm with the artificial intelligence algorithm ANN, studying the influence of grid-connected solar charging stations on the distribution grid, evaluating the effectiveness of solar charging stations in weather conditions in Vietnam.
