Production of high quality enzyme Lumbrokinase with 50 kg/batch satisfying the standard of functional foods to produce commercial product that bring benefit for the treatment of vascular congestion.

+ Lumbrokinase product comes in the form of a loose, ivory-white, cinnamon-scent powder, sealed in a plastic bag 1kg/each. The enzyme was tested on SDS-PAGE with a group of proteins have the molecular weight of 25-37 kDa. The purity of the product after processing with Dolphin 1D software was 90%. The hydrolysis activity reach 20,000 FU/g. The product Lumbrokinase is a fibrinotic enzyme that dissolve blood clot. Lumbrokinase is used to aid the treatment and recovery in patients with cerebrovascular accident (stroke) , myocardial infarction, and blood clot related diseases.
