| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | For the first time in Vietnam, a successful kit has been developed that can quickly identify the presence of ASFV and identify ASFV genotype currently circulating in the outbreak in Vietnam. In a reaction that integrates multiple primers, enzymes, dNTP mixtures, and buffers, to perform a PCR reaction just add the total DNA sample and diH2O in the required ratio to amplify on the PCR machine, and measure results by electrophoresis agarose gel. The set of biological product is fitting the industry standards / animal standards / vaccine products and veterinary medicine with laboratories and field in Vietnam (QCVN 01-187: 2018 / BNNPTNT; QCVN 01-03: 2009 / MARD; TCVN 8684: 2011; Asean standards for Animal vaccines; However, due to the short time of implementation of the project and limited funding, the subject has not conducted independent testing according to the regulations on testing, testing and quality control of veterinary drugs; TCVN XXXX: 2018). |
