| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | Completed technological process for manufacturing modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) film used for litchi fruit and technological process for applying MAP technology in exporting Luc Ngan litchi fruit on scale of 50 tons. After treating and preserving, the quality assurance of Luc Ngan litchi fruit is still maintained, and meet the standard for exporting to demanding markets such as USA, Europe (Poland, Netherlands...), Laos, Cambodia... MAP technology meets export demand as well as domestic demand. Furthermore, this technology can bring high economic efficiency for the litchi growing areas in Vietnam, especially in Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang. |
