| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | The project has initially facilitated the development of analytical methods in the food of key laboratory on food safety and environment. On the other hand, the project also contributes part of the research results to protect the health of consumers. The project identified a number of alcohol hazardous substances such as aldehyde, alcohol, pesticides and heavy metals on samples made in Vietnam and samples of imported vodka and whiskey for a comparison of quality. |

| Recommendations | This research has only been initially successful in the development of 04 processes for the analysis of hazardous substances in alcohol. We would want to have a request to the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology to consider providing funding for research to develop additional sets of processes for the analysis of other hazardous substances in wine in particular and in food. in general. At the same time, analysis should be conducted on many real samples to have a basis for recommendations to complete the current standards related to alcoholic beverages as well as food. |
