| Project’s budget | 600 milion VNĐ |
| Classify | Excellent |
| Goal and objectives of the project | Investigation and Fabrication of nano optical sensor based on resonant microcavity structure 1D for determination organic concentration in liquid phase environment ( such as solvents: ethanol; the concentration of methanol desolved in fuels, atrazine in water and in humic acid). |
| Main results | - Theoretical results: Successfully fabricated photonic sensor based on one-dimensional porous silicon resonant wavelength in range 400-800nmm and successfully built the nano photonics sensor system to determine the concentration of organic matter (solvent, atrazine) in liquid environment with two methods: liquid phase sensor and vapor phase sensor using controlling the temperature and gas flow through the liquid to detect the concentration and type of solute. |
| Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results | We successfully designed and fabricated photonic sensors based on micro-resonant structure 1D made of porous silicon with two measurements: the liquid phase sensor method (with the organic solvent does not evaporate) and vapor sensor method (with volatile solvents - volatile organic compound-VOC) to determine the organic solvents with low concentrations |
