-    Setting up the gegraphical database of natural conditions and resources, socioeconomic conditions and humanity in Tay Nguyen.
-    Setting up the digital Atlas and Atlas by the advanced technology.
-    Training and transfer of  technologies including GIS, WebGIS and database to the officials in Tay Nguyen.

-  Theoretical results:
+ The geographical database as ARCGIS of  Tay Nguyen at 4 scales (1: 25,000; 1: 50,000; 1: 100,000 and  1: 250,000)
+ The geographical database as GIS specially natural conditions, environment, socioeconomic conditions consisting of 220 maps.
+ Integrated digital Atlas of Tay Nguyen
+ Digital Atlas and GIS were set up serving for TN3 program and the provinces of Tay Nguyen.
+ The printed matter of integrated Atlas of Tay Nguyen including 300 volumes
+ Train, transfer of technology, retrieve and update the information  and develop them in the districts and provinces of Tay Nguyen. The number of peoples who were trained are 180 persons.
+ The completed 89 special subjects.
+ Train 03 masters and publish 05 scientific papers in the scientific journals and conference proceeding
- Applied results:
The users are able to access  the information of  digital Atlas of Tay Nguyen whenever and wherever, the information is updated continuosly and fastly. In addition, the Atlas of Tay Nguyen contribute to socioeconomic development of the highland centre.

-    Establishment digital Atlas of Tay Nguyen. In addition, there are huge information of the project that has given readers the useful and updated knowledge. The results of the project have pratical meaning and have been reference for WEB atlas projects in other locals in the country.

The results of the project, the equiments and integrated atlas of Tay Nguyen were transferred to Tay Nguyen Steering Committee and provincial deparments of 5 provinces in Tay Nguyen.

* Petition of the project’s leader:
- The local administration and Tay  Nguyen Steering Committee should set up the suitable mechanism and policies to manage the database on GIS and integrated digital atlas of Tay Nguyen that were transferred. In particularly, It should be focused on human resource for long-term management and decentralization regime of accessment, update the information and so on.
- Recommended that the State should continue to invest for upgrade hardware and software in multimedia way for digital atlas of Tay Nguyen in the period of 2017-2020. It also need to be added new database in the period of 2017-2020 serving for spolicymakers for socioeconomic development in Tay Nguyen.
