- Applied results: proposing general resolutions would support for Lao Cai province has an initiative to avoid, to prevent and to minimize the damages caused by natural disaster; has scientific foundation to planning a strategy to prevent and minimizing the natural disaster that would be occurred at locality, contributing to the National Strategy for natural disaster prevention; Contribute a scientific foundation to form an economic sustainable development program in a task of poverty-alleviation, improve life-standards for the people in minority ethnics, making a big quality and deeply change in ethnic work of the country.
