• To manufacture and transfer a modern ultrashort all solid-state laser system at infrared and blue wavelengths to Vietnam academy of military science and technology, Ministry of Defence for conduct experimental research and training orientation on cummunication and optical sea alerts.
• To cooperate on high level human resource training for the photonnics and morden laser technology experts of the fields of nation security and defense.

- Theoretical results: Building the learning-set as material for training experiments on optical, photonics, infrared laser and nonlinear optics that is suitable for high-graduated education programs and Ph.D student at the Engenering Physics Institute, Military Science and Technology Academy, Defense Ministry.
- Applied results: Manufacturing and delivering the modern infrared laser system (all solid state) to serve research and experimental training program contens on optics, photonics, infrared lasers and nonlinear optics.
- 02 Master students defened in 2012 and 01 PhD student being trained .

Fabrication of an modern optic and laser system for training nd experimental researching on optics, photonics, infrared laser technology and nonlinear optics as a commercial R&D product.
- Contribute to improve the training quality for students and researchers at the Institute of Physics, VAST and Engenering Physics Institute, Military Science and Technology Academy, Defense Ministry.
- Expanding scientific cooperation with important partners in the field of laser and photonics in order to open good chance for technology transferring, scientific training and research
