- Construct an Electronic Mathematical English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English Dictionary serving the whole Vietnamese mathematical community (Researchers, lecturers, master and Ph.D. students,...)
- The dictionary must consist of mathematical words and terminologies suggested by leading mathematicians of the Institute of Mathematics. It will help all mathematical community in approaching new mathematical documentations
- The dictionary must provide most common word and terminologies with highly precise meaning and explanation. It also has to consist of newest terminologies of all branches of modern mathematics.
Moreover, the dictionary must integrate newest technologies to provide readers with modern functions and facilities.
The Electronic Mathematical English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English Dictionary will help readers to learn quickly the meaning of mathematical words and terminologies and therefore to approach easily mathematical documentations. It also helps readers, especially young researchers and mathematical students in writing scientific papers, dissertations as well as in exchanging with international colleagues.

- Theoretical results:
We have established a Mathematical English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English Dictionary of about 15.000 words , containing almost all most modern words and terminologies of all branches of mathematics.
- Applied results:
We have created a stand-alone software Electronic Mathematical English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English Dictionary, with friendly interface. Together with many useful functions, it permits end-users to update their own explanations and meanings of words as well as implement new words and terminologies.
We have constructed a website for the above dictionary with almost the same interface. He website also accept contributions from the community of users in the form of “comments”, under the control of the admin of the web site.
