Goal and objectives of the project

- Look at the standard system on food hygiene and safety (called FSH): ISO 22000, HACCP
- To study the system of state legislation on food hygiene and safety control.
- Building Web portal is on the state of food poisoning and other methods to prevent food poisoning associated with the database system including data related to:
+ The general data of monitoring for the assessment of the cause of food poisoning.
+ The data on methods to prevent food poisoning and food-borne diseases.
+ The general data which contains the basic data about the state of food poisoning, food poisoning causes for the exploitation of risk analysis and trend forecasting food poisoning.
- Develop GIS software system hazard analysis, cause and trend forecasting food poisoning.

Main results

-    Theoretical results: Topic was built seven scientific documents and reports the following:
o     Research System HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management System according to ISO 22000 standards and related issues (26 pages)
o     Research System legislation on food hygiene and safety control are issued (67 pages)
o     Look at the data storage methods and geographic space in GIS systems (24 pages)
o     Tools analysis, trend forecasting food poisoning (31 pages).
o     Survey organizational processes and information management denotes maps related to the monitoring of food poisoning in FSH (31 pages).
o     GIS software system design to show the dangers, causes, trend forecasting food poisoning (31 pages).
o     Process display map information for MapServer (24 pages).
-    Applied results:
o    Develop database system related to food safety.
o    Setting up the system software and web page displays the current food safety-related information and a number of food poisoning food related infectious disease, causes and prevention measures.
o    Establish GIS software systems to show the dangers, causes, food poisoning trend forecasting based on the design.

- Design the GIS software system related to food poisoning
- Develop process information display map with MapServer
- Set the system software and websites related to food poisoning, some infectious disease, prevention measures and trend forecasting food poisoning
