• Determine the changes of areas and rules in Bac Bo and Bac Trung Bo coastal zone;
• Propose scientific solutions for the exploitation, effective management of coastal zone, for sustainable social and economic development.

Theoretical results: Elucidated the change and development rules of important estuary in Bac Bo and Bac Trung Bo coastal 45 years by influence of natural factors and  human exploitation. 

Applied results: Under climate change and sea level rise in coming decades, these studies proposed the mode of exploitation, the sustainable utilization of natural resources and solutions for management of coastal zones in Bac Bo and Bac Trung Bo

Established method for application of remote sensing information and GIS in estuary research; Assessed the role, the relationship of fundamental factors in the dynamic changes of the estuary; and proposed solutions for the exploitation, effective management of coastal zones under conditions of climate change and sea level rise in Vietnam.

We suggest the Ministry of Science and Technology, VAST, Science and Technology management agencies and coastal regions that you can invest the aspect of satellite application technology (communication, monitoring, positioning) in providing information for people, business establishments in estuary, coastal zone and response with bad situations caused by natural disasters in our country.
