- Providing consulting, technology transfer, production deployment, and design and installation services in fields including chemical technology, biochemistry, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and environmental science, among others.
- Conducting pilot production of products as per legal regulations in fields including chemical technology, biochemistry, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and environmental science, among others.
- Training high-level human resources in science and technology in fields including chemical technology, biochemistry, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and environmental science, among others.
- Engaging in domestic and international cooperation in fields including chemical technology, biochemistry, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and environmental science, among others.
- Managing organizational structure and personnel as per legal and institutional regulations.
- Managing the financial affairs and assets as per legal and institutional regulations.
