| Main results | Technological results: Development of the FruitAI / FruitMonitor system for monitoring and assessing the quality of mangoes and dragon fruit. Construction of a comprehensive database of images and nutritional components for both mango and dragon fruit. Development of AI analytical models achieving a minimum accuracy of 94%. Deployment of a stable web platform and mobile application for real-time quality assessment. Theoretical results: Application of multivariate statistical analysis to determine and differentiate the geographical origin of mangoes and dragon fruit. Establishment of a dataset of elemental composition for research and classification. Development of specialized AI algorithms for the two target fruits: mango and dragon fruit. |
