Goal and objectives of the project

Research on the synthesis process of targeting liposomes with chemical-physical-biological stability for application in drug delivery for cancer treatment.

Main results

-    Technological results:
Successfully developed the synthesis process for targeting liposomes.
Successfully developed the process of loading drugs into targeted liposomes.
-    Applied results: Targeted liposomes are safe in in-vitro tests, and the drug-loaded targeted liposomes enhance the effectiveness of cancer drugs

Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results

Targeted liposomes are capable of encapsulating quercetin and other cancer drugs, leading to a reduction in dependence on high-cost imported drugs. This development has the potential to lower the cost of domestic drug production, thereby reducing treatment costs for patients and enhancing the country’s self-sufficiency in drug supply, especially for cancer treatment.
