Goal and objectives of the project	Proposed subject cooperate with Laos patner to study and and develop a sample of unmanned Arial vehicle (UAV) for Laos scientific applications. For the time period 2020-2022 realized building the small UAV sample type multiquarter with 4 electric motors, which can be automatic programmed and video payload in real time. Also project intend to train the Laos pesonel the knowledge and skills using UAV technique. Farther more, cooperate with Laos partner setup the more complicated UAV version for Laos.
Main results	- Cooperated with Laos partner to setup the scientific project of Laos Academy of science for development UAV. - Design and setup the sample of small UAV for Laos scientific research - Train the Laos persionel the knowledge and skills using UAV technique
Novelty and actuality and scientific meaningfulness of the results	- Setup the sample of small UAV for Laos - The Automatics Control program is created in the Viet Nam ( not China concerning)

Recommendations	- The applications of UAV in Laos is actual problem and have to continue worrking in this direction. - The UAV technology is complicated and high tech. So it is neaded the special method for realiztion in this field. - The Laos organization work is complicated, so we need the suitable way to prepare cooperation in this field.
