- Zoning and determining biodiversity levels in coastal wetland ecological zones in the Northeast of Vietnam;

The results of the biodiversity assessment and economic evaluation of resources have been converted into money for coastal wetland ecosystems.
Research results allow users and managers to understand fully and fully the true values of wetland ecosystems;
The results of the economic assessment of resources of wetland ecosystems are a convincing scientific basis for policymakers to choose and make reasonable decisions in development; investments related to coastal wetland ecosystems. At the same time, it also allows the proposal of solutions for the rational use of resources of coastal wetland ecosystems based on the value of attributes of direct, indirect, or strictly protected use.

The results of the economic value assessment of wetland ecosystems have an important meaning in helping managers choose policies and mechanisms for wetland landscape management to serve sustainable development.
Important uses of information about the economic value of wetland ecosystems on the northeastern coast of Vietnam include:
- Design and implementation of payment mechanisms for environmental services to wetland conservation.
- Supplement and complete the database for wetland management.
- Design education and communication programs on wetland conservation and sustainable management.
