- Theoretical results:
+ Built a digital database of 992 medicinal plant species belonging to 616 genera and 175 plant families in Cao Bang province and managed with Microsoft Access. 
+ Published Atlas including photos and informative scientific names, Vietnamese names, identifying characteristics, and medicinal uses of 100 medicinal plants; information about the medicinal uses of 992 medicinal plant species in Cao Bang province is attached.
+ Proposed solutions for sustainable development of medicinal resources in Cao Bang province: Building a list of 72 endemic and rare species, including 47 species in the Vietnam Red Data Book (2007); For species in the Vietnam Red Data Book, 11 species are proposed for conservation priority (Vù hương - Cinnamomum parthenoxylon (Jack) Meisn., Thổ hoàng liên lá thuôn - Thalictrum ichangensis Lecoyer ex Oliv., Kim tuyến - Anoectochilus setaceus Blume, Ngọc vạn vàng - Dendrobium chrysanthum Lindl., Thạch hộc cựa dài - Dendrobium longicornu Lindl., Thanh thiên quỳ - Nervilia fordii (Hance) Schlechter, Thạch hộc - Dendrobium nobile Lindl., Tế tân nam - Asarum balansae Franch., Nghiến - Excentrodendron tonkinense (Gagnep.) Chang & Miau, Pơ mu - Fokienia hodginsii (Dunn) A.Henry & H H.Thomas, Bát giác liên - Podophyllum tonkinense Gagnep.). 14 specific measures are proposed for the conservation and development of endemic and rare medicinal plants; Proposing a comprehensive and reasonable combination diagram for the conservation and development of medicinal plants in Cao Bang province.

+ The results of the project can be applied to look up medicinal plants in Cao Bang province, helping to disseminate knowledge widely and effectively to scientists on medicinal materials and plant diversity.
