Monograph books for Science and Technology is an extremely necessary series, helping scientists in the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to review scientific studies for publication and publication. This is also an extremely useful document for administrators, instructors, students, graduate students and postgraduate students.

There are still many drafts and outlines of scientists from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology sent to the Publishing House for Science and Technology eager to publish ready and dozens of proposals and drafts are awaiting approval by the Editorial Board. Therefore, the President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is requested to continue providing annual funding for the task of publishing Monograph books for Science and Technology, so that the Publisher can promptly supply them to readers the monographs to ensure topicality and have the highest scientific content.
