| Helping the VAST President and the VAST office Chief organize the regulation and coordination of activities of the units directly under the VAST; organize the implementation of administrative work, official and employee management, clerical, archiving, financial and asset management of the representative office in Ho Chi Minh City; ensure facilities and working conditions to serve the activities of the VAST leaders, the units assisting the VAST President and the People's Party office blok of VAST. |
